For less than £ 120, we charge a flat rate of £ 20.

About returns and exchanges

Based on the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, we accept returns and exchanges only for customers who contact us within two weeks of receiving the product. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges associated with the returned goods.

In addition, we do not accept returns of food or swimwear unless they are damaged or defective.

We pay the latest attention to inspection and packaging, but if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. I would appreciate it if you could attach a photo at that time.

About tariffs

The taxable price is the purchase price (overseas retail price) multiplied by 0.6.
The price of a product bought by an individual is higher than the price of a product imported for resale (based on the wholesale price) at the retail price, so if the purchase price is 16,666 yen or less, the taxable price is 10,000 yen or less. It becomes. Therefore, we offer free shipping to customers who purchase over £ 120, which is equivalent to 16,000 yen.

If the taxable price is 10,000 yen or less, customs duty, consumption tax and local consumption tax are exempted in principle.

In addition, leather bags, pantyhose / tights, gloves / footwear, ski boots, knitted clothing, etc. have a taxable price of 1 unless they are given to residents as gifts for personal use. Customs duty is not exempted even if it is less than 10,000 yen. (I think that many customers purchase for personal use, so if the taxable price is 10,000 yen or less, it will not be taxable.)

If taxable, domestic consumption tax (consumption tax, liquor tax, etc.) and local consumption tax will be levied separately from the customs duty rate. In addition, only domestic consumption tax and local consumption tax are levied on products that are classified as tax-free.

If your parcel is taxable at customs, you will be charged a customs fee. The customs fee is 200 yen per piece of luggage. If the customs duty is tax-free, there is no customs fee (only consumption tax is levied).
